EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana Department of Athletics announced the hiring of Mark Grundman as the men’s golf head coach. Grundman becomes fifth head coach in the history of the program.
INDIANAPOLIS – University of Wisconsin-Parkside’s Andy Hansen (Mequon, Wis./Homestead) is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s October Golfer of the Month. Hansen, a junior for the Rangers, posted a pair of strong showings during the month.

CARMEL, Ind. - The Bellarmine men's golf team fought blustery conditions to finish second overall at the Ken Partridge UIndy Intercollegiate/NCAA DII Preview held at the Sagamore Club, site of the 2010 NCAA DII Men's National Golf Championship.
SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. - Northern Kentucky's Danny Lewis claimed medalist honors and the GLVC had five teams secure a top-ten finish at the Great Lakes Region Invitational held at Hawks Head Golf Course on Sunday and Monday. Indianapolis finished fourth as the top placing GLVC school.
SUNRISE BEACH, Mo. - Rockhurst's Clarke Fry posted an 11-under-par 205 at the Missouri Intercollegiate on Tuesday and Wednesday to claim medalist honors at the 79-player event hosted at The Club at Porta Cima. Fry won the event by six strokes and helped the Hawks to a fifth-place team finish.
Plymouth, Ind. - Senior Paul Dagys and sophomore Nick Quagliano were first and second overall to help the Lewis men’s golf team win the two-day St. Joseph’s Players Championship at the Plymouth Country Club.
KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C.- University of Indianapolis senior Seth Fair won the first hole of a sudden-death playoff to top the field at the sixth-annual Kiawah Island Invitational Tuesday. In the team’s first action of the year, Fair paced a UIndy squad that shot +13 for the tournament, good for fifth among the competing 15 teams.
GEORGETOWN, Ky.--Led by co-medalists David Shearn and Doug Wilkinson, the Bellarmine men's golf team defeated Northern Kentucky by seven strokes in a 36-hole, two-team tournament. As a team, the Knights fired a 6-under par 570 (282-288) at Cherry Blossom Golf Course in Georgetown, Ky.
TULSA, Okla. - Drury junior golfer Andrew Funk fired a 4-over-par 74 on Tuesday at Cedar Ridge Country Club to advance through the stroke-play qualifying and make the 64-player match play field in the 109th U.S. Amateur Golf Championship.
OWENSBORO, Ky. - Barry Duncan, general manager and head professional at The Summit Country Club in Owensboro, has been chosen as Kentucky Wesleyan's men's golf coach, according to KWC's Director of Athletics Gary Gallup.
