INDIANAPOLIS -- No. 1 seed Rockhurst University and No. 7 seed University of Indianapolis will compete for the 2016 Great Lakes Valley Conference Men's Soccer Championship on Sunday, Nov. 6 at Carroll Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Indianapolis upset No. 3 University of Southern Indiana 2-0, while the top-seeded Hawks earned a come-from-behind win, using two second-half goals to defeat No. 5 Quincy University.

In the first of two semifinal games, Quincy took an early lead over sixth-ranked Rockhurst on an Artan Emini goal in the 23rd minute, which carried into the intermission. Rockhurst waited until the 72nd minute to tie the game as Gianluca Bottoni scored from close range. With less than five minutes in regulation, Brian O'Neal picked up the rebound from a blocked shot and buried it for the ultimate game-winner.

In the nightcap, teams played through the first half without any production. That changed in the 71st minute when UIndy's Casey Zimmerman got his head on a free kick and directed it into the right netting. James Jenkins put the icing on the cake when he finished off a cross at 83:24 that held up to complete the 2-0 victory.

Sunday's title match will take place at 3 p.m. ET and be streamed live on the GLVC Sports Network at GLVCSN.com. Visit the official Championship Tournament Web site at GLVCsports.com/2016Soccer for more details.
