This week marks the final two days of competition for GLVC women's basketball, as four non-conference games are on tap for Monday and another nine are set for Tuesday. Quincy and McKendree will host Monday and stream their contests on GLVCSN, while UW-Parkside will do the same Tuesday. Illinois Springfield will get to warm up for a couple of days, facing its competition in Daytona Beach, Florida. In addition, Maryville is set to play Division I Fort Wayne on Tuesday with it and many of the games streaming on other digital networks, which the links can be found below.

Illinois Springfield and McKendree got non-conference wins Monday night, UIS on the road and McKendree at home. Destiny Ramsey and Jasmine Sangster both scored a game-high 16 points, while two others tallied 10 to help the Prairie Stars earn the 72-54 win over Embry-Riddle in Florida, for their fifth consecutive victory. Jordan Heberg's 15 points was also a game-high, leading the Bearcats to their second-straight victory with a 72-65 result over Northwest Missouri State. Quincy's Annika Webster had the top scoring total with 20 points in the 76-66 loss to Culver-Stockton, while Indianapolis' Martha Burse also tallied a game-high point total with 27 to join the UIndy 1,000-point club.

Only Missouri-St. Louis, Truman State, UW-Parkside and Maryville picked up wins Tuesday to close out the week before the holiday break. Truman, UMSL, and Maryville even did it on the road, including the Saints exhibition win over Division I Fort Wayne. Stephanie Sherwood led that effort for Maryville with a game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds, while three others scored in double figures. Two for the Tritons had double-doubles, including Shawnta Johnson (21 points, 11 rebounds) and Alex LaPorta (10 points, 11 rebounds), while the Bulldogs' Ashley Hartwig (game-high 21) and Katie Jaseckas (20) scored 20 or more points in the win. UWP's Asiah Lawson also scored a career- and game-high 20 point against Calumet in only three quarters.
