William Jewell was the only road team to grab the win Thursday night, defeating UW-Parkside 66-41; but the real highlight of the evening was Bellarmine's 84-70 upset over No. 6 Drury. Raven Merriweather matched a career-high 28 points to lead the Knights, as the team shot a season-best 61.7% from the field. Bellarmine led by as many as 22 points in the second quarter, including a 20-point halftime advantage at 42-22, which it was able to hang on to through the fourth quarter despite the Panthers comeback bid where they scored 27 points in the final frame. Also getting a big win was Indianapolis, topping Truman State 79-63, snapping a two-game losing skid. The Greyhounds came back from a 14-9, first-quarter deficit and tallied 29 points in the third quarter to put the game out of reach, as Martha Burse dropped 28 points in the victory. Lewis won its league-best eighth game in a row thanks to a 71-57 result past Rockhurst, due in large part to Jessica Kelliher's 31 points and 11 rebounds. No. 21 Southern Indiana continued to roll, winning its third consecutive contest over Missouri S&T, 90-71, getting 23 from Morgan Dahlstrom. In the other two wins of the night, McKendree beat Quincy 55-44, and Missouri-St. Louis got past Maryville 83-64 with all five starters scoring in double figures. The Tritons' Kaitlynn Henning, who played all 40 minutes, and Jordan Fletcher both scored a game-high19. Henning's total was a career-high mark, while Fletcher joined the 1,000-point club when she scored her first bucket of the game.

The three road teams to earn victories Saturday afternoon – No. 6 Drury, Rockhurst, and Missouri-St. Louis – all scored 80 points in doing so, including the Panthers and Tritons matching final scores. Drury got back in the win column with an 80-60 result at Indianapolis after falling in its first league game at Bellarmine two days prior, as Alice Heinzler paced the contest with a game-high 23 points. Rockhurst won by five points over UW-Parkside with help from Jillian Meyers' game-high 19 scores, and UMSL, meanwhile, got 23 from Jordan Fletcher to defeat Quincy. Southern Indiana collected its fourth win in a row, having no problem with Truman State for the 70-50 win. Bellarmine's 78-69 defeat over Missouri S&T was aided by 20 points from both Raven Merriweather and Mikayla Barry, who came off the bench for 20 minutes of action. Maryville earned a significant 65-59 win over Illinois Springfield, putting UIS, UMSL and McKendree in a tie for first place in the Central Division at 4-4. Lewis was the other winner today, beating William Jewell on the back of Jessica Kelliher's 26 points and 10 boards.
